ePAN to Normal PAN Card Application

PAN holder details is printed on Normal Card by Income Tax Department. It has PAN number printed on top and contains PAN holder's name, date of birth, father's name. It also has Hologram which makes it genuine ID proof for its holder. This is why Normal PAN Card from ePAN is asked to by banks or other financial institutions as proof of Identity.

Some Banks or Financial Institutions ask to present Normal PAN Card as PAN proof even though we have ePAN copy while opening bank account or any work related to loans. At such moments it is necessary to convert ePAN to Normal PAN Card.

You can get Normal PAN Card from ePAN by filling up the above ePAN to Normal Card Application Form and complete all steps with required documents.

To convert ePAN to Normal PAN Card, you need to Apply for 'ePAN to Normal PAN Card' using above Application Form and get Normal Card delivered at home as per address mentioned in the form.

Following documents are required to convert ePAN to Normal PAN Card :

1. Matriculation certificate.
2. Central Government Health Scheme Card.
3. Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Authority.
4. 10ᵗʰ or 12ᵗʰ Mark Sheet of recognized Board.
5. Pension payment order.
6. Election Card / Voter ID.
7. Photo identity card issued by the Central Government or State Government or Public Sector Undertaking.
8. Passport.
9. Domicile certificate issued by the Government.
10. Marriage Certificate.
11. Affidavit sworn before a magistrate stating the date of birth.
12. Aadhaar Card.
13. Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme photo card.
14. Driving License.

1. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Parliament.
2. Driving License.
3. Pensioner card having photograph of the applicant.
4. Passport.
5. Arm’s license.
6. Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme photo card.
7. Bank certificate in Original on letter head from the branch(along with name and stamp of the issuing officer) containing duly attested photograph and bank account number of the applicant.
8. Photo identity card issued by the Central Government or State Government or Public Sector Undertaking.
9. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Gazetted officer.
10. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Legislative Assembly.
11. Election Card / Voter ID.
12. Ration card having photograph of the applicant.
13. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Municipal Councilor.
14. Aadhaar Card.
15. Central Government Health Scheme Card.

1. Credit card statement less than 3 months old.
2. Aadhaar Card.
3. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Parliament.
4. Passport.
5. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Municipal Councilor.
6. Water Bill less than 3 months old.
7. Consumer gas connection card or book or piped gas bill.
8. Landline/Broadband connection bill less than 3 months old.
9. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Legislative Assembly.
10. Passport of Spouse (Husband/Wife).
11. Bank account statement less than 3 months old.
12. Depository account statement less than 3 months old.
13. Latest property tax assessment order.
14. Domicile certificate issued by the Government.
15. Post office passbook having address of the applicant.
16. Employer certificate in original.
17. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Gazetted officer.
18. Election Card / Voter ID.
19. Driving License.
20. Property Registration Document.
21. Electricity Bill less than 3 months old.
22. Allotment letter of accommodation issued by the Central/State Government less than 3 years old.

Normal Card from ePAN will be delivered to PAN Holder's Home Address by Courier mentioned in PAN Form while applying ePAN to Normal Card. Address proof having same address needs to be submitted along with application.
