PAN Pro App will only accept refunds if the service is not provided. All cancellation
requests has to be placed within 3 days from the date of order for refund. Once service is rendered,
cancellations are not allowed & non-refundable. Only half amount of payment is refundable as half
service is already rendered by providing form with instructions & in case of paperless mode, our team
has already spent their time, expertise and resources reviewing and verifying the supporting documents.
And refund may also vary case to case.
The refund process will be initiated once we have confirmation of the services not provided. However,
refunds are processed in 7-12 working days.
